Welcome to Mad4Mutts (“website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website.
  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activities that may violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion if we believe there has been a violation of these terms.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Please read our Safeguarding Policy for further details on our safeguarding practices and procedures.

  • Packages: Package includes a series of two or three individual dog training sessions. The total prices for each package can be seen on their pages respectively. 
  • Validity Period: All sessions must be booked and completed within 60 days from the date of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Booking and Availability: Sessions are subject to availability. But we are happy to be flexible to ensure your package is used within the specified time. 
  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. We may offer flexibility in cases of illness or emergency at our discretion.
  • Expiry and Extensions: If sessions are not used within the 60-day period, they will expire and are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, trainer unavailability), we may offer an extension.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated or agreed.
  • Your Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mad4muttstorbay@gmail.com.
  • We use third-party payment processors, and we are not responsible for any issues related to their services.
  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our Website or products.
  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website without prior notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
